While issuing guidelines for celebration of Ganesh Puja, the State Government on Monday permitted educational institutions to celebrate festival on September 10. Limited numbers of students would be allowed during the festival and authorities of institutions must ensure that Covid-appropriate behaviour is followed by all concerned during celebration. No community feast associated with festival would be allowed nor would any musical or other entertainment programmes be permitted, said an advisory issued by Special Relief Commissioner (SRC).
