Veteran freedom fighter Bhabani Charan Patnaik was honoured with the Samanta Gourab Samman at a function organised by the Samanta Parishad here on the occasion of the Raja festival on Saturday.
Retired Judge of Odisha High Court Justice Bimal Prasad Mohanty felicitated Pattnaik. Besides, different competitions like Paan preparation, Poda Pitha, Jhoti and drawing contest were also held on the occasion followed by prize distribution to the winners of the contests.
