Four Congress MlAs have virtually revolted against the allotment of the party ticket for the Bargarh lok Sabha constituency to sitting MP Sanjay Bhoi.

According to reports, the four MlAs Naba Kishore Das (Jharsuguda), Sadhu Nepak (Bargarh), Nihar Mahananda (Atabira) and Subal Sahu (Bijepur) met AICC leader and Odisha in-charge BK Hariprasad on Sunday demanding cancellation of the ticket for Bhoi.

These MlAs who belong to the Bargarh lS constituency, also urged Hariprasad to take a decision by March 11, failing which they threatened to resign from the party together.

In his reply, Hariprasad reportedly told them that it is beyond his capacity to make any changes at this stage since the party high command has decided to allot tickets to all the six sitting MPs, including Bhoi, of the State.
