Four minor children, including a girl, were rescued from the Baliguda bus stand in Kandhamal district by members of the district Child line on Tuesday.
Reports said a labour union leader had noticed the four children between the age group of 6-9 years moving suspiciously in the bus stand area two days ago and informed the district Child line. Being informed, a team of the Child line arrived at Baliguda on Monday and rescued the four children. The children were later brought to the district headquarters on Tuesday. As they could not furnish their detailed address, they were handed over to the district Child Welfare Committee (CWC).
