Four children engaged in a hotel at luhagudi under Mohana block in Gajapati district have been rescued by police and Child line officials. Sources said the four children, including a girl, aged between 13 and 17 years had been working in the Rajput Dhaba at luhagudi. After rescuing, the Mohana police and Child line officials handed over the children to the Gajapati district Child Welfare Committee (CWC). Of the four, three belong to Sorada and Dharakote areas of Ganajm district while another hails from Gajapati district. The three Ganjam children would be handed over to the Brahmapur Child Welfare Committee, said Gajapati CWC Chairman Binod Chandra Jena.
