Former BJD MlA Khageswar Behera, who represented the Chhendipada constituency in Angul district from 2009 to 2014, has married again at 70. He tied the knot for the second time with 36-year-old Purnima Behera in a simple ceremony at the Bhatanaida Shiv temple on Friday.
Behera’s first wife Bijuli had died of cancer back in 2012. He has two sons and three daughters from Bijuli’s wedlock.
Purnima had been living at her ancestral village Jharamala under Bhatanaida panchayat of Kuchinda block in Sambalpur district after her husband married elsewhere.
