The Odisha Government has undertaken a major reshuffle in the State administration.
The Departmental Promotion Committee has cleared five IAS officers for the apex scale. Five Principal Secretaries are to get the Chief Secretary rank. They are PC Mishra, AP Padhi, I Sriniavas, UN Behera and Taradatt.
As per the reshuffle, SN Dey to be the new Excise Commissioner, Sangram Kesari Ray the new Additional Secretary of Excise, Nitin B Jawale Director of Special Projects, senior OAS Pramod Kumar Das to be the Director of Information & Public Relations and Debendra Prasad Das is Additional Secretary of Information Technology.
