“We have given the option to the students to choose six colleges in order of preference while filling up the CAF. The students, after filling up the CAF, will download two copies one of which will be kept as the college copy while they will keep the other copy with them for future reference,” said Das. After downloading the two CAF copies, the students will go to the nearby SAMS Resource Centre and apply for admission by submitting the copy depositing the required fees.

The students will be later issued with the index number. “To facilitate the students with more information relating to admission, we have opened 577 SAMS Resource Centres in the State,” Das said. The last date for online and offline admission is July 22 and 23, respectively. The intimation letter to the students would be sent online to inform them about the colleges they have been selected for admission.
