In a shameful act, a teacher allegedly outraged the modesty of a Class-X girl student on Wednesday during school hour under the Mahakalapada police station limits.
Mahakalapada police station IIC Manoranjan Choudhury said the victim girl brought the matter to her family members’ notice first. Later, the father of the victim approached the headmaster of the school and lodged an FIR against the accused.
The police registered a case and began an inquiry, Choudhury added.
