A girl of the district here has lodged a complaint against an Army Constable for keeping physical relationship by giving her false promise of marriage.
The police after registering a case have started an investigation.
The victim girl of Ratanpur village under Sadar Police Station is a teacher. One Jitendra Sa(30), a resident of Rabandih village under Dharuadih Police
Station, who works as a Constable in Army, used to visit his relative who is a neighbor of the victim girl. There they developed intimacy. later, both kept physical relation.
Jitendra even had given her medicine for abortion when she conceived. But when the victim girl insisted t on Jitendra to marry her in 2017, he began to take pleas one after another. During November 2017, the victim had lodged a FIR against Jitendra and in presence of police an agreement was made where Jitendra had assured that he would marry her in five months. But five months after when the victim found that Jitendra was not going to marry her and was searching for another girl, she lodged a complaint against him.
