To boost the morale of people, Minister of Energy, Industries and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Minister of State Home Captain Dibyasankar Mishra has adopted an innovative fight corona.

"This is a biological warfare. Corona virus does no know any international or regional boundary or even does not know any religion. The only fact known is respiratory disorder in human beings and it has not left any animal kingdom also. I am an air warrior. I have fought Kargil war. My father has fought against Chinese in 1965 war and against the Pakistanis in 1971 for which he was awarded with the war pension by the President of India. With this background, if you want to fight an invisible enemy, the rules of the warfare need to change," told Mishra.

"In the war against corona, our military services do not fight, but the entire citizens of the country do that as warriors and we have to be victorious at the end," he said.

The most important factor is discipline and then comes the weaponry. What is the weaponry against corona? This is the biggest question today.

“Prime Minister Modi asked us to switch off all lights, lit up candles and clap for the corona warriors. The members of the health services, police, administration, media and sanitation works deserved it; and we did that.

The entire world including UNESCO, WHO and the Government of India is in appreciation of timely intervention by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in fighting the COVID-19.

"As a student of science, my weaponry is a bucketful of water, a soap and a clean towel. If all these are placed in front of every household, I am sure corona would not dare to enter into our premises," told Mishra.
