Admin still silent
While the unemployment problem is acute in Gajapati district, some companies, both registered and unregistered, are trying to dupe youth of crores of rupees by alluring them with income-oriented jobs in their firms.
Such an example has come to the fore with a company named ‘Glaway International, putting attractive coloured posters on the walls colleges, coaching centres, ATM counters and cinema halls at many important places of the district offering high income-oriented jobs to youths.
It is disappointing matter that the district administration has remained silent over it though the posters themselves indicate that the company is a fake one. The posters have mentioned company’s name on top and inside a logo. But there is no mention of the address of the company in the posters. However, they have mentioned two mobile numbers, 07540961365 and 09583404672 for the job aspirants to communicate.
Expressing apprehensions that innocent tribal youths of the district would be duped, youth social activist Dillip Kumar Satpathy has demanded that the district administration should find out the frauds and taken stringent action against them soon.
Many companies have duped youths in the district of crores of rupees offering such jobs, informed some locals here.
