In a development in the Kunduli minor tribal girl gangrape case, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday directed to expand the terms of reference (ToR) of judicial inquiry into the incident.
“The circumstance leading to alleged committing of suicide by the minor girl”, will be added to existing terms of reference. The judicial probe was notified on December 26, 2017,” said the twitter handle of the Chief Minister’s Office.
