The BJP on Tuesday observed its Vikash Utsav here in the presence of Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju and Chemicals and Fertilisers Minister Hansraj Gangaram Ahir and party’s national secretary Siddhartha Nath Singh.
The Ministers and State leaders held a detailed discussion on the performances of the Narendra Modi-led Union Government during the last two years. Ganjam district president Kahnu Charan Pati presided over the meeting.
The leaders stressed on Modi’s message “My country changing, marching ahead” and implementation of schemes on electricity, rail connectivity, Bharat Net, Sagarmala project and other projects to empower poor and farmers.
Among others, party State general secretary Bhrugu Buxipatra, secretary Bibhuti Jena and spokesperson and Ganjam-in-charge Golak Mohapatra were present.
