Former Utkal Sammilani secretary Gopalkrushna Shrichandan passed away at his residence at Nayapally here on Friday morning. Shrichandan was a retired OAS officer and a litterateur as well. Members of the Utkal Sammilani Central Committee met and expressed deep grief over his demise. They also conveyed their condolences to the bereaved family.
Utkal Sammilani secretary Dr Radhanath Praharaj and members Tapas Ranjan Mishra, Satyajit Nayak, Sharada Prasanna Sahoo, Jugal Kishore Nayak, Bairagi Sethi, Trinath Samantray, Bharat Kumar Jena and Surendra Palai attended the condolence meeting. Utkal Sammilani Mancheswar branch head Dillip Dashsharma also visited Shrichandan’s house to pay his last respect to the departed soul.
