Special Court, Bhubaneswar Authorised Officer on Monday passed the final order for confiscating the movable and immovable properties of Odisha Bridge and Construction Corporation (OB and CC) Limited’s former Senior Manager (Tender) Somnath Panda to the tune of Rs 27,48,295.
The properties comprises a single storied building at Jaganath Vihar here, five agricultural land measuring Ac.0.316dec at Raghunathpur and Chodangpur and other movable properties i.e. deposits in different banks, vehicles, cash of Rs 4,04,472 seized during house search.
