The Cyber police station of the State on Friday arrested an engineer for allegedly posting personal photographs and vulgar comments containing sexually explicit acts on a Facebook (FB) account and sending lewd messages to the cell phone of one of his woman acquaintances.
Basing on a complainant by the victim, the cyber cops arrested Susant Kumar Mishra, a 22-year-old engineer of the city, and forwarded him to court on Friday, said a Press release issued by the Crime Branch police.
Susant has been booked under Sections 292, 354-D, 465, 469, 506 and 509 of IPC and 66-A, 66-D, 67 and 67-A of IT (Amendment) Act of 2008, the release added.
