Two temples, one youth club building, a commercial structure, 40 wooden cabins and 15 polythene structures constructed over Government lands were evicted between Kalpana Square and Baragada market on Saturday.
The joint eviction team of the BDA, BMC, GA and Commissionerate Police conducted the operation. Due to shortage of time some right side portion of the road adjoining to Paramount Cricket Club boundary could not completed and the same would be cleared later, said BDA Enforcement Officer Pramod Kumar Patro.
The team also evicted about 30 extended tin sheets and verandas.
