An enforcement team consisting of officers and staffs of BDA, BMC, OSHB and Commissionerate police pulled down unauthorised structures over the Government land allotted to the Khandagir Housing Board Colony Welfare Association at Aiginia here.
Three polythene houses, five AC shed houses and an RCC structure were demolished. About 9,000 sq ft of land was made encroachment-free.
BDA Enforcement Officer-II Pramod Kumar Patro and liaison Officer Subhransu Sekhar Mohanty, Khandagiri PS IIC Himansu Bhusan Swain, OSHB Draftsmen Dilip Kumar Mohapatra and Kuna Sahoo were present.
