Education is the only tool which can bring social change and accelerate progress of the country, said District Education Officer Krushna Chandra Nayak during the 4th Foundation Day of Vidya Bhawan here at Khudapasi.
Senior executive of TEMPl and coordinator of Gramin Vikash Chaitanya Kendra Trust A Kartikeyan inaugurated the function.Vidya Bhawan, a free residential school for the poor and deprived children, on its 4th year has extended its classes from one to nine with facilities including computer education, tailoring, art, song, dance, sports, well equipped library and hostel facilities, informed its founder secretary Malaya Mohapatra.
Besides, senior media persons including Siddharth Kanungo, Bijay Pradhan, district education administrative officer Madhusudan Chakra, TCS Odisha head Manoj Panda along with Vidya Bhawan president Dharitri Rout distributed prizes to the students.
Among others, general manager (CSR) of TEMPl Sangram Mohapatra was
