The All India Democratic Students’ Organisation (AIDSO) on Saturday strongly opposed the mismanagement alleged in the Under Graduate final examinations conducted in the Rama Devi University and its affiliated colleges.
AIDSO State president Ganesh Tripathi and secretary Subas Nahak have demanded a high-level probe into the matter and action against erring officials. In a statement, they said the Rama Devi University authorities didn’t make students know about guidelines of examinations and informed colleges about the online and offline examinations a few minutes before such examinations. As a result, students faced many difficulties in attending examinations and writing answers.
“Now thousands of students are under mental stress as to what would be their results and career. Students can’t be made sufferers for the casual attitude of the university authorities. The Government and the university authorities should find out a solution soon or else they would be held responsible if any untoward situation occurs in coming days,” said they.
