World’s largest homeopathic health care corporate Dr Batra’s started it service in a 600 sqft well-furnished clinic in Sarathi Plaza at Gandhinagar Main Road here on June 18.
The multi specialist clinic was inaugurated by Dr Batra’s Delhi unit chief Dr Tushar Mittal. Dr Rashmita Sahu assumed the charge of the clinic as its head. The clinic functions between 11 am and 8 pm on week days and 10 am and 9 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, said Dr Sahu.
Currently, the multi-specialist clinic has started with one doctor and four supporting staff and soon will have specialized physicians on roll, said sources.
Mention may be made that Dr Batra’s clinic was founded in 1982 by the world famous homeopathic physician Dr Mukesh Batra (Padmashree awardee) at Mumbai to provide health care service to the poor people at affordable cost. Today, Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic Private limited (DBPHCPl) is one of the world’s largest homeopathic health care corporates having 112 homeopathic clinics across 41 cities in India, UAE, and UK with 300 physicians, including 40 MDs.
It has so far treated around eight lakh patients, said Dr Sahu. It is world’s first ISO-9001-2008 certified tele-homeopathic clinic, she added.
