A 19-year-old boy was arrested by Koira police on Sunday, who has allegedly killed his own sister and an unmarried sister of his late father on Saturday, in a fit of rage. Police also seized an axe, the weapon of crime from the spot. Sources said in Sanua village under Koira police station, widow Draupadi Sethi lives with his son Rajesh (19), unmarried sister of her husband, Jhapa, two daughters and two son in-laws. Rajesh, who is an unemployed youth, used to create disturbances in his house for various reasons.
At about 5.30 pm on Saturday, Rajesh reportedly had a heated exchange with her mother Draupadi and elder sister Janaki over some issues.
Rajesh had suddenly turned furious and had picked up an axe and attacked Janaki and Jhapa (his father's sister), following which they had died on the spot. Rajesh thereafter chased his mother and younger brother in-law with the axe on hand, but they managed to escape after running away from that place. later, Rajesh fled the spot.
