The Muslims should not be targeted for the terrorist acts by foreign elements and there should be brotherhood among all the religious communities, said Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind national president Maulana Janab Arsad Madni while speaking at a Press meet here.
He said that the Muslims are backward in every front though they played a vital role and made supreme sacrifices for the independence of the country. He called upon all religious communities to have an attitude of tolerance and not get swayed away by the attempts of some vested interest groups to paint a negative and anti-India picture of the Muslims.
Madni also protested religious conversion by force or allurements. Among others, Maulana Hasan Madni and State unit president Md Jalal Kasmi were present.
