With advancing of Cyclonic storm ‘Titli’, sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik encouraged people not to panic for it.
To spread awareness among panicked people during such a crucial moment, Pattnaik through a sand sculpture at the Puri sea beach sent a message: Do Not Panic! Have Courage.
