A 57-year-old doctor working at the Birla Tyres at Baleswar has gone missing since Saturday last.
The family members of Dr Gouri Shankar Satpathy have registered a complaint at the local Industrial police station that he left for his office at 8.25am on the day and did not return home. A team of police would soon leave for Visakhapatnam to trace Dr Satpathy after getting information that he is staying there, said a police station officer.
On the other side, the doctor’s son Gyana Shankar Satpathy said his father had left his phone at home while leaving for office. Gyana had sent his phone to his father through a peon of his office. The peon informed the family that he did not find Dr Satpathy after reaching the workplace.
