The District Development Coordination Committee (DISHA) held its meeting here where MP Brahmapur, Chandrasekhar Sahu, who is also Chairperson of DISHA, graced.
Gajapati Collector Anupam Saha spoke about access to various Central Government schemes pertaining to drinking water, agriculture, crop insurance, besides ICDS,NHM,SSY, Dindayal Upadhyay Rural Energy, PMAY,Swacha Bharat Mission, etc. He stressed on the need of coordination among PRI members and administration for proper implementation of the schemes and holistic development of the people. MLA Paralakhemundi K Narayan Rao and ZP President Anitarani Behra, PD DRDA Mahesh Kumar Choudhry, among others attended.
