The five-day Jagannath Pancharatra Mahotsav began at Bhagabat Maidan near GJAI colony here on Sunday evening with Puri Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingh Deb inaugurating the event. The event, organsied by the Baba Baikunthanath Bhagabat Prachar Samiti, aimed at spreading and promoting the Sri Jagannath culture. Ranchi Chinmoy Mission Chief Madhabananda Saraswati, Puri Radhaballav Matha Mahanta Maharaj Ramkrishna Das delivered spiritual talks on lord Jagannath. PPT Deputy Chairman N Vaiyapuri and Jagatsinghpur MP Dr Kulamani Samal joined the event as guests. Expert speakers are participating in the event to speak on the Jagannath culture.
