The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar regularly organises seminars on a wide variety of topics in its pursuit to provide holistic education to the students.
Retired Ambassador Anil Trigunayat visited the IIT Bhubaneswar on April 7 to deliver a talk on the topic “India and the SAARC: Implications for the neighborhood”.
The event was also part of the "Distinguished lecture Series" proposed as a public diplomacy initiative of the External Publicity & Public Diplomacy Division (XPD), Ministry of External Affairs.
Apart from covering information on the seminar topic, Trigunayat shared his views on current foreign policy priorities with the audience.
The audience had a lively interaction with him during the question-and-answer session regarding the latest political developments in the world and their effects on India’s foreign policies.
