For any electricity complaints the Central Electricity Supply Utility (Cesu) has urged its 19 lakh customers of districts like Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Angul, Nayagarh, Puri and Khordha to dial 1912 or 0674-2391110.
Besides, every 7th of every month is observed as the consumers’ grievance day at all its 20 electrical divisions, said a Press release issued by the Cesu. This apart, the 24 x 7 electricity call center functioning since 2009 is receiving complaints on fuse call, bill related problems, new connection, voltage problem, etc.
