Gatikrushna Mishra Memorial Hospital (GKMM) was compelled to reinstate gardener Mayadhar Naik in presence of conciliation-cum-Assistant labour Officer (AlO) Narendra Gaipai after intervention of farmer leader Debashisha Hota.

GKMM Eye Hospital since August 1 2013 at Rs 2,000.
He requested the General Manager Sri Ranjan Kumar Baral to pay him Rs 3,000 a month. But astonishingly, the GM Baral retrenched him fordemanding more on June 7 last.
Naik later had approached Hota for justice and filed a complaint before DlO Pradip Mohanty on June 23 last. Acting on this complaint
AlO Gaipai issued notice for both parties to appear before him.
Hota urged to re-instate the poor employee Naik.
