DGP BK Sharma, reviewing the setting up of call centres in the districts for effective implementation of the ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative of the State Government, here on Friday through videoconferencing urged range IGs, DIGs and SPs to analyse feedbacks on a daily basis and take targeted corrective and disciplinary action.
Sharma said a system of rewards and punishment would be in place for encouraging and motivating the police personnel in achieving the aims and objectives of ‘Mo Sarkar’. Police personnel, who perform well in terms of manners, etiquettes, behaviour and response to citizens would being suitably rewarded.
