The Finance Department has set December 5 as the deadline for receiving online proposals from all administrative departments, indicating their fund requirements for incorporation in the State Budget for the 2015-16 fiscal.
In a letter to Secretaries of all departments, the Finance Department has also requested them that if they have already furnished their fund requirements in hard copy they should submit it online within the deadline.
“You are requested to furnish the requirement of funds in respect of State Plan including Central share and State share of Centrally-sponsored schemes (CSS), relating to your department for the Annual Plan 2015-16 online to this department latest by December 5 for facilitating finalisation of the Plan ceiling,” said the letter from Finance Joint Secretary PK Biswal.
The Finance Department, which has developed a BETA software for the purpose, has decided to process the requirement of funds and communication of Plan ceiling of individual administrative departments for the Annual Plan 2015-16 online through it.
