Sitting Mohana Congress MlA Chakradhar Paik on Thursday announced his resignation from the party.
Paik was denied a party ticket this time to seek reelection. On March 18, the AICC had announced the name of Dasarathi Gamang as the party candidate for the Mohana Assembly constituency in Paik’s place. Paik was the Deputy leader of the Congress legislature Party ( ClP).
