The number of dengue patients in Ganjam district has increased to 26 with three persons of the city admitted in the dengue ward of the MKCG Medical College Hospital here two days ago.
While 10 dengue-affected patients had been identified by July-end, 10 youths, who were working in
Bangalore, have returned inflicted with the dengue virus and have been admitted in he MKCG Hospital.
Similarly, a patient, who was working in Hyderabad, has been admitted in the hospital with dengue symptoms.
A patient from Digapahandi block in Ganjam district and four others from the Brahmapur city have raised the number to 26, according to information.
