Dengue took another life in Barbil on Sunday.
Sources said that Radhika Gupta (40), a resident of Balia district of UP, had come to her brother house at the Ward-8 of the Barbil Municipality. She had first been admitted at the Barbil Primary Health Centre (PHC) after she tested dengue-positive.
later, she was referred to the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital and then to the SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack.
The total number of patients having dengue positive symptoms at Barbil is 936 till now. The total number of patients who have died of the disease so far is three.
