Vector-borne Disease Control Programme, New Delhi Additional Director Dr Gagansingh Sonal on Saturday visited Barbil to take stock of the dengue situation.
The number of dengue-affected patients increased to 749 as per official report while the number would be more than 1,000 unofficially.
Sonal held discussions with the Keonjhar ADM, Champua Sub-Collector, Barbil Tehsildar and PHC Doctor-in-charge about the dengue situation.
