The All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO) staged a demonstration in front of the office of the Odisha Technical Council here on Thursday protesting anarchism in the ITI examination.
The irate youths alleged that the 19th ITI Foundry Man Tread trainees of Cuttack and Brahmapur ITIs had appeared for the semester paper twice. However, all of them were given zero mark. But when the papers were rechecked in the Council, the Assistant Controller said those were satisfactory. But they can not do any thing because the password of the mark lists is with the DGET, New Delhi; only they can open and change it.
Hence, the youth body would move to the DGET, New Delhi and demand compensation for the harassed trainees, said a member of the body.
