Members of the District Development Council (DDC) jointly led by Satya Mishra, Rabi Pujhari and Panchajanya Panda on Sunday took up a cleaning drive under the Nirmal Hospital Abhiyan in the district headquarters hospital premises here. They were supported by the members of Balangir Action Committee led by Gopalji Panigrahi.
CDMO Dr Bikrant Kindo lauded the efforts of the participants in the cleaning drive and said, “The hospital premises will certainly remain clean with the public cooperation and hospital cleaning staff will also learn from them.” Kindo assured that the hospital premises will be free of garbage heaps within a fortnight.
