Maoist interlocutor Dandapani Mohanty has been freed in yet another case due to lack of evidence. Gajapati District andSessions Judge Prasad Nayak declared him innocent in arms supply to Maoists case on Friday.
With this, Mohanty has been freed from five cases out of total 19 for which he is languishing in the sub-jail here. lawyer Swarup Kumar Pal has taken up the case on behalf of Mohanty.
