The Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, Rajgangpur observed the National Road Safety Week from January 11 to 17 in the plant premises and community. The event was inaugurated by DCBL ED Chetan Shrivastav DCBL and unit head-Rajgangpur Abhishek Chandra, cluster logistics head Bijay Ketan Dash, HOD safety Deepanjan Dey, Head HR Subrat Kumar Pattnaik, HOD security Sanjay Vichare.
Various activities like skit on road safety were played by security team and transport supervisors. Distribution of safety jackets to 200 drivers, etc., was done on the first day.
A health and eye checkup camp was held. Over 150 drivers underwent health and eye checkup. A quiz competition was also held.
On the closing day, student groups from the Dalmia Vidya Mandir School, Rajgangpur showcased their talents by singing a song on road safety and playing a skit on road safety.
