The Dhenkanal District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) staffs on Monday launched an indefinite cease-work stir protesting the attack on a doctor on Sunday.
As per reports, Dr Tushar Kant Rath, who was on emergency duty at the OPD declared a patient brought dead after examination. But irate relatives and friends of the deceased created a ruckus over the matter.
They also abused and assaulted Rath and others staffs besides ransacking the hospital properties. Later, an FIR in this connection was lodged with the Town police.
