For present cricketers of our country is having lot of opportunities to demonstrate their skill and talents. Take the example of different types of tournament Test, One-day, T20, IPl and many national level domestic tournaments. Today cricket players have option to prepare himself according to his strength, said BCCI Administrator Shivlal Yadav. In my opinion the best format of cricket is five day cricket, where you can analysis your strength and weakness. The job as administrator I believe that the school and club level tournament most get the priority. This is the platform where young players get ample of opportunity to develop their cricketing attitude. Time management is the vital factor for a student to balance his sports and academics up to the age of 19. He most decided his future course by participating in U-19 tournament in different platform. If he feels that he can compete in the national platform than he should keep more time for cricket.
In our time the players were less physically strong or the methodology was not that scientific. But presently the cricketers are more professional and physically tremendous athletic skill. Most unfortunate thing is that, despite of getting huge amount of money from cricket few players indulge themselves in unethical practices, which is matter of concern for BCCI. One hand we are educating them and also taking stringent action. Regarding non cricketers in the administrative post Shivlal said today where we are in cricket or our strong hold in international forum only because of good administration. It is not always true that a good player will be good coach. Many a times it found that average player become an excellent coach. Take one more example the best commentator Harsha Bhogle never played cricket for the country. The vital thing is that how serious you are about your profession, added Shival. Yes in BCCI there are two groups that do not mean that there are not working for the development of cricket in our country. We might have difference of opinion that does not mean that you are not friends.
