To provide a common platform for real estate developers, the Conference of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Credai) will organise its four-day annual property expo at the Janata Maidan here beginning from January 21.
This year, Ollywood artist Akash Das Nayak will be the brand ambassador for the expo, said Credai IPP Binay Krishna Das at a Press meet here on Friday. Das also unveiled the logo for the expo and said constructive policy formation, fair business deal and transparent complain redressal system are three basic focus areas for this year’s expo.
Sharing this year’s plans for the expo, Credai Odisha national member DS Tripathy said, “We would provide a platform to our real estate members as well as other stakeholders to facilitate their overall growth. There are unique plans to create scope for at least 120 stalls in two AC hangers with state-of-the art facilities”. The other attractions for the fair include celebrity presence, entertainment activities and food-courts, he added.
The Credai property expo is one of the topmost fairs in the city, said Credai Odisha Chapter president Dillip Patra. Among others, Credai Odisha general secretary Sangram Sahoo and SBI DGM Arup Dasgupta were present.
