A 200-meter-long crack has developed on the Kochila river embankment near Sailo under Dhamnagar block of Bhadrak district leaving the residents of the area panic-stricken.
The crack started appearing on Saturday evening as an emerging threat and a matter of concern for the villagers of as many as three nearby gram panchayats.
