A couple went back to their home happily on Tuesday after counselling intervention in the family court here. The counselling for the litigants was undertaken under the supervision of Judge Girish Kumar Mishra.
Diptisikha Das of Barna village under Jaleswar block had deserted her husband Susanta Das of Mirzapur under Digha police station of West Bengal following a marital discord.
She had filed a petition seeking maintenance sum of `8,000, including `3,000 for her son who is one and a half years old, from her husband on September 25, 2014.
The disputes were however resolved after counselling.
The marriage between Diptisikha, daughter of Bansidhar and Susanta, son of Subimal Das, was solemnised on May 8, 2013.
