A 71-year-old Covid-19 patient with ‘Black Fungus’ symptoms was detected in Bhubaneswar on Monday.
He is under treatment in a city hospital and his condition was stable, said Health Department sources.The patient is a high diabetic. Various black fungus signs are found in his whole body. Experts say black fungus maims Covid patients. It affects sinuses, brain and lungs and could be life-threatening.
