Several police personnel allegedly thrashed a youth at the Aradi police outpost in Bhadrak district as he was not wearing mask as part of Covid-19 guidelines.
As per reports, one Subharanjan Mekap of Betali village had on April 10 visited a temple without wearing mask, for which he was detained by police.
While his family members were having a discussion with cops at outpost, Subharanjan started recording video of incident with his mobile phone, as a result of which the policemen got irked and beat him.
