The Commissionerate Police still remained clueless in the murder case of retired doctor couple in the posh Sailashree Vihar area in the city that occurred on Sundaymorning.
Commissioner of Police Dr RP Sharma who on Monday visited the house again where the doctor couple, Prafulla Kumar Mishra and his wife Susama Mishra, was found murdered said the police are yet to get any lead in the sensational murder case.
“Investigation is on. We have been investigating the case from various angles. Though special teams have started their probe but we are yet to get any lead in the case,” said Sharma.
On Sunday morning, the doctor couple was found murdered in their house at plot number VIM 608.
Meanwhile, sources said the police have detained eleven persons, including three domestic women maids and some part time drivers of the couple and interrogating them.
The police are focusing their interrogation on three maid servants.
Police sources said the possibility of the involvement of outsiders who could have committed the crime in
close connivance with the maids or drivers could not be ruled out.
