All Odisha Contractors’ Association members met Works Secretary Krishan Kumar and Public Works Department Engineer-in-Chief Anil Kumar Tripathy here on Wednesday and held discussions regarding their various demands.
The association demanded implementation of new schedule rates, payment of dues as per the increased rates of construction materials and wages of workers.
The Secretary assured the delegation that steps would be taken by March 31 regarding the rates, dues and other demands, said association president Pravat Dash.
